RCABC Member Session – WorkSafeBC Bill 41- Live Online

RCABC is excited to offer a Member Session with Dr. Dave Bespaly, President of the Council of Construction Associations (COCA) to provide an update on WSBC Bill 41.

Bill 41, Workers Compensation Amendment Act (No. 2), 2022, received royal assent on November 24, 2022. The new legislation introduced seven amendments to better support workers in British Columbia. Some of these amendments have already come into force but there are amendments that are going to come into effect in 2023 & 2024 that might impact your company.
