Following the success of the 10-year Guarantee RCABC Guarantee Corp. has introduced the 15-year RoofStar Guarantee!

The 15-year RoofStar Guarantee requires premium materials and has enhanced standards. Currently, SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC Roof Waterproofing Systems and Architectural Sheet Metal (ASM) Roof Systems qualify, Roof systems must be designed and constructed in compliance with both the RoofStar Guarantee Standards, and the membrane manufacturer’s available 20-year System Warranty standards.

Under the RoofStar 15-Year guarantee the roofing contractor is responsible for all claims for the first two-year period and RCABC is responsible for the remaining term.

Roof observations for the RoofStar 15-Year guarantee are performed by an independent observation firm on a daily basis, whenever possible, while roofing is in progress. There is a performance review after two years and, if necessary, brought up to acceptable standards by the roofing contractor prior to RCABC assuming responsibility

In addition, the RoofStar 15-Year guarantee features three performance reviews during years five, eight and twelve by an independent roof observer, typically from the same observation firm that completed the original roof application observations.

In addition to the guarantee coverage, Plus5 customers will also receive money back, applied directly to ongoing regular preventative maintenance on the roof during the additional five years. Owners not only get the peace and security of the RCABC proven guarantee but also necessary maintenance of the roof to ensure its long life and dependability.
